The Local Area
There is so much to do in this area. We are ideally placed between the Wye Valley and The Forest of Dean, with the Welsh boarder only 10 minutes away. There really is something for everyone. We are almost on the point of where Herefordshire meets Gloucestershire, meets Monmouthshire.
We are spoilt for choice, there are some great pubs and restaurants, cider tours and vineyards in the area. You can walk alpacas nearby. Segway, cycle, walk, run or Go Ape in the forest. Spend days looking at ruined castles, old iron mines, caves, even an old jail. Wander round one of the many quaint towns close to us. Paddle board, kayak or canoe on the river Wye. Join in one of the many craft activities always on offer in the area. Walk in the Malvern Hills. Or, simply just enjoy being here at Little Howle Farm!
We have lots of leaflets and suggestions waiting for you in the holiday lets, but if you are wanting to plan ahead, then we would suggest a look at these sites.
